Can I return my order?

Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns since all markers, badge reels, badge buddies, cups and shirts are custom made to order. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I get a refund?

Sales are final. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the owner. Please contact customer support of any issues regarding your order and we will make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 72 hours to cancel your order from the moment you order. After that time has expired your order cannot be canceled or modified.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will take between 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Why such a long wait for my order to ship?

We understand that waiting for your order can be challenging. The 3-4 week shipping timeframe is due to our current volume of 70-100 orders per week. Additionally, the resin curing process takes time, ranging from 3-5 days. We want to ensure each piece meets our high standards of perfection. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
